I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a deep commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based care. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating crisis, and those seeking healing through cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies. With a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ohio University, I bring both academic rigor and compassionate insight to her practice. My clinical experience spans from children, individual, couples, and group therapy, with a strong emphasis on safety planning, behavioral mentoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration. My practice is rooted in inclusivity, and she is proud to provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients. I creates safe, nonjudgmental spaces where clients of all backgrounds can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I am passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for clients to explore their stories, build coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
