With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide empathetic, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. As a first-generation American, I bring a deep understanding of cultural complexities and intersecting identities. My expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural adjustment, family dynamics, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, communities of color, and diverse family systems. Drawing from CBT, somatic and trauma-informed approaches, family systems, and mindfulness, I foster a safe, supportive space for clients to explore challenges, build resilience, and reach their goals.
