#1 Dinner-Date
🍽️ I would have to say the best moments are spend with my family. I strongly believe in the importance of family meals, and I truly miss being with my siblings and parents, especially given that we're currently scattered across different states. I'm eagerly looking forward to the upcoming holiday season when we can all be together.

Self-Care
✨ Sleep (lol) working out (strength training) and practicing mindfulness through prayer and reading scriptures.

"Liliana's great. I appreciate how responsive she's been. I had a concern this week and I wrote to her. She got back to me very quickly with some advice. I really appreciate that. My daughter was hesitant about doing this at first, but after only two sessions, she told me yesterday that she considers Liliana a friend."
