I am a Texas-based LMFT-Associate who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families navigate challenges with compassion and curiosity. My background includes working in higher levels of care for eating disorders, supporting foster and adoptive families, and helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I believe therapy should be a safe and collaborative space where clients feel understood, build resilience, and discover their own strengths.
