Sally McDaniel

LMFT

I’ve been working with kids, teens, and families for over 15 years in both community mental health and school settings, and I truly love this work. Parenting can be incredibly rewarding—and also really hard at times. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. We’ll work together to find what helps.

I’ve lived in different parts of the country, including Texas, Georgia, Alabama, New York, Oklahoma, and the Seattle area. Those experiences have helped me better understand how different families and communities navigate life’s ups and downs. I also have a lot of experience working with military families and understand the unique challenges that come with transitions, moves, and big life changes.

I support families and youth with a range of needs, including trauma, early childhood concerns, family relationships, substance use, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and body image or eating challenges.
