communicate with caregivers or clients

Have a direct, one-way line of communication with clients and their caregivers to send updates and encouragement. To message:

  1. Click “Message Parents” or “Message [Client’s Name]” in top right corner of dashboard.

  2. Type message, and click send.

Common Example Messages:

  • “Hi Zoe, I wanted to follow up about our session and see how Manatee is going at home. Are you enjoying it?”

  • “Zoe had a great session today. I’ve added a few more goals for her to work on this week.”
